Knocksense is a local news and recommendations platform that provides information about different cities and topics that are not covered by mainstream media. They are currently operational in 6 cities, including Lucknow, Delhi, Noida, Indore, Jaipur, and Mumbai. Their focus is on creating visually appealing content that engages their readers.

Knocksense partnered with Cartoon Mango to develop their mobile application, which would make it easier for users to access their content. The application needed to be user-friendly and provide a seamless experience for users. Being one of the first hyperlocal digital news platforms posed a challenge because there were few models to draw inspiration from. By interviewing our clients, we could better understand their business and target audience. Since Knocksense was focused on positive news, it was imperative that the overall design and feel reflect that.

By building multiple wireframe models, we could access huge amounts of data and present it to a varied audience group to build engagement. The finalized wireframes were designed and A/B tested internally to gauge the experience it delivers.

Guest posts were also executed well in terms of delivering a great digital experience. With sufficient data and design insight, the digital platform was delivered within the deadline to hit the market fully prepared.
